Personal Care Assistance (PCA) Assessment

Purpose
An assessment of an individual's need for Personal Care Assistance (PCA) services. PCA services help an individual with day-to-day activities in their home and community.

PCAs help people with:
  
  • Activities of daily living
  • Health-related procedures and tasks
  • Instrumental activities of daily living
  • Observation and redirection of behaviors
It is available to eligible people enrolled in a Minnesota Health Care Program.
