This department includes:

 

  • Case management for Developmentally Disabled (DD) adults and children and the funding of services for clients certified as eligible.

 

  • Vulnerable Adult (VA) investigations:  a social worker will investigate concerns/reports of abuse/neglect/other maltreatment.  Services will be offered, along with other intervention ideas to alleviate problems and improve the quality of life of vulnerable adults.

 

  • Chemical Dependency (CD) services:  Rule 25 assessments to determine level of dependency issues; appropriate treatment; and funding plans.
