To receive immunizations by appointment:

WHEN:   

  • Second Thursday-appointments available between 9:00 a.m. – 4:15 p.m. 
  • Fourth Thursday-appointments available between 2:30 p.m. – 4:15 p.m.

HOW:    

Call 507-377-5100 Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. to schedule an appointment.

WHERE: 

Clinics are held at the Public Health Office in the Freeborn County Government Center, 411 South Broadway, Albert Lea, MN.

  • We request a $5.00 donation per immunization.
  • If you have health insurance that pays for immunizations, you need to go to your clinic/local physician for the shots.
  • If you have Medical Assistance or Minnesota Care, be sure to bring your card.
  • Bring your immunization record, especially if you have never received immunizations at Freeborn County Public Health.

  • Diphtheria, Tetanus and Acellular Pertussis (DtaP)
  • Inactivated Polio Vaccine (IPV)
  • Hepatitis B (HBV)
  • Haemophilus Influenzae Type B (HIB)
  • Human Papillomavirus (HPV)
  • Measles, Mumps and Rubella (MMR)
  • Varicella/Chicken Pox (Var)
  • Tetanus and Diphtheria (Td)
  • Tetanus, Diphtheria and Pertussis (TdaP)
  • Pneumococcal Conjugate Vaccine (PCV7)  
  • Meningococcal (MCV4)
  • Hepatitis A (Hep A)
