To receive immunizations by appointment:

Call 507-377-5100 Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. to schedule an appointment.
WHERE:
Clinics are held at the Public Health Office in the Freeborn County Government Center, 411 South Broadway, Albert Lea, MN.

We request a $5.00 donation per immunization.

If you have health insurance that pays for immunizations, you need to go to your clinic/local physician for the shots.

If you have Medical Assistance or Minnesota Care, be sure to bring your card.

Bring your immunization record, especially if you have never received immunizations at Freeborn County Public Health.
