Mental Health Center

The Freeborn County Mental Health Center (MHC) is a Minnesota Rule 29 licensed clinic providing chemical dependency services, therapy and psychiatric/psychological services. The MHC also provides case management services for adults with mental illness.

Chemical Dependency

Chemical dependency (CD) services include Rule 25 assessments to determine the level of dependency issues, appropriate treatment and funding plans.

MN Farm Suicide Survivor Support Group

An online group providing support to Minnesota farmers and farm families who have lost a loved one to suicide. Group will be held the third Monday of each month from 8-9:30 pm.

Goal: To give survivors a nonjudgmental, comfortable and completely confidential space to express themselves and find support among other farm family members who truly understand.
