Freeborn County is utilizing funding through the Minnesota Department of Commerce Solar on Public Buildings Grant Program to install solar panels at the Environmental Services Building, located at 2020 Pioneer Trail in Albert Lea, Minnesota, as part of ongoing efforts to improve energy efficiency and reduce operational costs.
