Rental Facilities

The Freeborn County Fairgrounds is not just for the annual Freeborn County Fair.  We are easily accessible from I90 and I35 and can accommodate everything from a small birthday party in our four-season Fairlane Building to a large RV rally on the grounds.

The fairgrounds encompass approximately 45 acres and have several buildings that can be rented for a variety of show, meetings, parties, weddings, RV rallies and livestock shows/auctions.

The Fairlane Building is air conditioned with a full-service kitchen and public restrooms.   This venue has hosted everything from graduation parties, reunions and holiday events to large wedding receptions.

The 4-H Building, Floral Hall and Livestock Building are all perfect venues for larger gatherings including wedding receptions, large parties, auctions and even garage sales.

The swine bar, cattle barn, horse barn and judging arena can be used for non-fair livestock and horse shows.   In recent years, we have hosted the Tennessee Walk Show, Cowboy Mounted Shoot Horse Show, March Madness and the Spring Barrow Show.

The Grandstand seats about 4,300 people and is also available for your event.

Alcohol is not allowed on the grounds unless it is provided by a vendor licensed to serve alcohol off-site.
