Freeborn County and City of Albert Lea are proposing to reconstruct Bridge Avenue (Freeborn County CSAH 22) between Marshall Street and Hammer Road. Construction is tentatively scheduled to begin in 2020. County and City staff, along with the consultant engineering team are currently developing the preliminary design of the road and utility improvements. Initial concept drawings will be presented a this Public Open House.
