Dispose of unwanted, unneeded or expired drugs in the secure drug drop box located in the lobby of the Law Enforcement Center of the Freeborn County Government Center.
- The box is available seven days a week, 24 hours a day
- Leave the drug in its original container
- Use a marker to cross out your name and personal information on the container
- Keep the name of the drug visible
- No needles or syringes will be accepted
- Over-the-counter medications can be disposed of in the trash, their containers recycled
