Child and Teen Checkups

Purpose

Child and teen checkups are for children and teens from birth to 21 years old that are enrolled in Medical Assistance and MinnesotaCare. Health screenings are done with the child or teen’s local medical provider.

If you do not have a medical provider look over the Child and Teen Check-up Provider List (PDF) and call to set up an appointment for your child or teen today.

Regular health checks keep your child healthy and they may find health problems so they can be treated early. If you need additional help finding a provider, need help with transportation or interpretive service, call 507-377-5100.
